This pop-up art studio is facilitated by art therapist, Abby Smolinske, LMHC-A, ATR-P. The pop up will be a space provided to explore with new art materials and processes as a way to encourage clients to expand their coping skill tool box to include a variety of options for creative expression. This group is open for those who are 18+ years old.

Virtual Exposure Response Prevention Meal Group - Adults
This is a closed enrollment, 6-week virtual exposure program for adults seeking additional support in their eating disorder recovery. This group combines mindfulness and exposure-response prevention to support clients trying to implement eating disorder recovery principles in daily life. This group is designed for those who need additional support beyond individual services and/or those who are stepping down from a higher level of care and need continued structure. In this group clients will:
Challenge eating disorder thoughts and behaviors as they arise during meal and snack times
Stay accountable to their meal plan
Experiment with fear foods
Art Therapy Group - Adult
This art therapy group is facilitated by Abby Smolinske, LMHC-A, ATR-P and is a therapeutic expressive arts group focused on challenging perfectionism through art. This group will be an eight week long, closed group and we have availability for up to eight participants ages 18+. Clients do not need to have any prior experience with art materials. Each session, we will work on a different art project relating to learning more about our perfectionist parts and seeing if we can challenge them, opening up more compassion and overall possibilities in our lives. Processing of art and discussion will occur towards the end of the hour.
Virtual College-aged Group - Adults
College life can be a challenge for anyone, especially when you’re trying to learn how to support yourself through change. RoundTable Wellness is offering a 6 week, virtual, outpatient group dedicated to educating and supporting college students who are interested in learning how best to support themselves from a nutrition and mental wellbeing point of view. Each group will be a blend of nutrition education, skill practice and supportive group process. This group will address topics related: (1) Navigating the dining halls and independent meal planning, (2) The impact of social media and diet culture, (3) Body changes and self-care, (4) Values and relationships.
We believe peer support can be a powerful part of healing, and each group will hold space for group members to process and provide support to one another. Come be a part of a supportive community of peers who are also navigating the unique challenges of college.
Virtual Body Image Group - Adults
Rachel Loepker, LCSW is facilitating an outpatient group created to increase awareness and understanding of your relationship with the body. This is a 6-week, virtual group from 5-6pm EST on Mondays geared towards adults looking to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences about the relationship with the body. Group members will be provided with psychoeducation, experiential, and open-process space to consider topics such as core values, influence of diet culture, coping skills, and more all directly related to body image.
Virtual Body Image Group - Teens
This group facilitated by Anne Wetli, LMHC-A is a 10-week, closed psychotherapy group to address body image concerns. The group is held weekly on Wednesdays from 5-6pm EST. The objective is to help teens build self-worth despite living in our toxic diet culture. This group will utilize a blend of psycho-education, skills building, and processing. This group focuses primarily on the present rather than the past and draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and person-centered modalities.

This is a 6-week, virtual group from 5-6pm EST on Tuesdays geared towards adults looking to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences about the relationship with the body. Group members will be provided with psychoeducation, experiential, and open-process space to consider topics such as core values, influence of diet culture, coping skills, and more all directly related to body image.
Body Image Exposure Group - Adults
Emily Ervin, LMHC is facilitating an outpatient group to assist you exploring your relationship with your body through experiential activities. This is a 6-week, in-person only, closed group geared for adults working towards eating disorder recovery. This group will explore topics including self-compassion, body checking, and your relationship with clothing and mirrors. This group is designed for those who have started body image work on their journey and want to dig deeper into thoughts, feelings and experiences related to body image in a safe group environment.

Participants can join the group as often as they would like.
We meet on the 1st Monday of each month (unless it falls on a holiday) from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Art Therapy Group - Teens
This art therapy group, facilitated by Abby Smolinske, LMHC-A, ATR-P, is a therapeutic expressive arts group for adolescents and teens and is focused on addressing general mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression. This is an 6-week, in-person only, closed group. We have availability for up to eight participants ages 13-17. Clients do not need to have any prior experience with art materials. Each session, a new topic and art material will be presented along with a directive. Processing of art and discussion will occur towards the end of the hour.

Raising the Intuitive Eater
Raising Intuitive Eaters is a virtual course for parents and caregivers who are struggling with how to address their child's picky eating, nutrition concerns, disordered eating, body image concerns, or for any parent/caregiver who wants to learn how to help prevent eating issues in their children. This series is led by registered dietitian Ellen Welch MS, RD, LD. Ellen is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and specializes in working with families using family-based treatment. Parents/caregivers to children of all ages are welcome. Content is geared toward parents/caregivers of children ages 2-13.
Body Image Group
Emily Ervin, LMHC is facilitating an outpatient group created to increase awareness and understanding of your relationship with the body. This is a 6-week, in-person, group from 5-6pm EST geared towards adults working on eating disorder recovery. Coping Skills Group
Join Emily Ervin LMHC in a coping skills group to add coping skills to the toolbox. This group will be talking about triggers as well and working through really practical plans of how to cope and respond to distressing emotions/situations/physical sensations.
Topics include:
triggers
coping with emotions
CBT skills
social support/boundaries
DBT skills
And a lot of space to share ideas.
The goal is for clients to walk away with a lot of options for coping skills they might not have already thought of as they do the hard work of treatment. Also, since this is starting in January 2024, there is space to process and how to cope with the, "new year, new me" diet culture message.
Can use insurance but private pay rate is $50 per session, 6-week closed group. Sign up and you will receive more information. You do not have to be a client at RoundTable Wellness to attend.
