Coping Skills Group

Join Emily Ervin LMHC in a coping skills group to add coping skills to the toolbox. This group will be talking about triggers as well and working through really practical plans of how to cope and respond to distressing emotions/situations/physical sensations.

Topics include:

  • triggers

  • coping with emotions

  • CBT skills

  • social support/boundaries

  • DBT skills

  • And a lot of space to share ideas.

The goal is for clients to walk away with a lot of options for coping skills they might not have already thought of as they do the hard work of treatment. Also, since this is starting in January 2024, there is space to process and how to cope with the, "new year, new me" diet culture message.

Can use insurance but private pay rate is $50 per session, 6-week closed group. Sign up and you will receive more information. You do not have to be a client at RoundTable Wellness to attend.
