Lynne is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who is passionate about helping clients build a more peaceful, flexible, and confident relationship with food and their bodies. She received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and completed her dietetic internship with Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington.

Lynne approaches nutrition counseling with kindness, curiosity, and respect. She understands that eating can become complicated for many different reasons and believes nutrition care should meet clients where they are rather than expecting them to fit into a prescribed definition of “healthy eating.” Using Intuitive Eating principles and evidence-based nutrition science, weight-inclusive care, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles, Lynne helps clients sort through confusing food messages, challenge rigid rules, and develop greater confidence in nourishing themselves.

Lynne has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing ARFID and texture or sensory sensitivities, chronic binge/restrict patterns, and other eating disorder concerns. She particularly enjoys incorporating food exposures into nutrition therapy, helping clients gradually increase comfort and flexibility with foods in a supportive and collaborative environment.

She also enjoys helping clients develop practical kitchen and cooking skills. For clients who may feel overwhelmed by meal planning, grocery shopping, food preparation, or simply figuring out how to feed themselves consistently, Lynne can help break these tasks into more manageable steps. Her goal is not culinary perfection, but helping clients feel increasingly capable and comfortable around food.

Lynne is passionate about providing affirming nutrition care to the LGBTQ+ community and creating an environment where clients' identities and lived experiences are respected as part of their care.

She also has an interest in working with individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, recognizing that planning meals, remembering to eat, grocery shopping, preparing food, and noticing hunger and fullness cues can all be affected by executive functioning. Lynne works collaboratively with clients to develop realistic strategies that support consistent nourishment while respecting how their individual brains and lives actually work.

Lynne enjoys helping clients navigate medically necessary dietary restrictions, including celiac disease, food allergies, and vegetarian or vegan diets, as well as nutrition concerns related to endocrine disorders. She recognizes the unique challenge of balancing necessary dietary considerations with eating disorder recovery and works to avoid unnecessary food rules or restriction whenever possible.

As a ServSafe Manager Certified dietitian, Lynne also brings additional knowledge of food safety and food handling to her work. Whether a client is practicing a food exposure, learning to prepare meals, navigating sensory sensitivities, or working toward greater flexibility with eating, Lynne's goal is to help them feel more confident and supported in their ability to nourish themselves.

Above all, Lynne wants clients to experience nutrition counseling as a collaborative and judgment-free space. She works alongside clients as they develop the knowledge, skills, flexibility, and self-trust needed to make peace with food and create a relationship with eating that feels sustainable in everyday life.
