Intensive Outpatient Programs
Our licensed clinicians provide a structured, evidenced-based program for those in need of extra support beyond individual therapy to manage symptoms or those stepping down from residential and/or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) treatment. In the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) we continue a client-centered and compassionate treatment approach and place more emphasis on skills building and exposures. Treatment involves 9 hours per week of group therapy with length of treatment ranging from 6-10 weeks. Treatment length is based on clinical need of each individual client. It is always our goal to keep clients in the lowest level of care possible; therefore, we evaluate progress weekly and change course of treatment based on clinical needs. Clients are not just joining a treatment program; they are becoming part of a community dedicated to supporting your journey toward wellness and resilience.
