Presented by Renee Tilt, Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, this program will help you understand the importance of adopting a non-dieting approach to help the adolescent and teen through a very critical stage of growth and development. While learning about the evidence to support this model, you will also learn how to shift away from using a traditional, weight-based model when working with teens to a body-positive and weight-neutral model of health and well-being. This non-diet approach will not only change your perspective about how to help teens pursue health and wellness but will also change your perspective on your own health and wellness.

Cost to attend is $10.00 / person. Invoices can be sent via email or pay at the door.

Renee Tilt RD Csp is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition who for over 10 years has fought passionately to bring better treatment for eating disorders to the Greater Lafayette Community. Her passion continues as she aims to educate the community about what health and wellness is. She adopts the Healthy at Every Size Approach and aims to dispel the notion that the relentless pursuit of thinness and body shaming is a healthy approach.
